Rob has been providing personal financial strategy advice to business owners, directors, executives and high net worth private family groups for over 35 years. As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Planning Practitioners and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, Rob has a passion for working with clients who are seeking an appropriate balance between financial security and maintaining their lifestyle priorities.
Specialising in Estate Planning and the provision of a "family office" service for clients, Rob works hard to ensure family finances and vulnerable beneficiaries are protected. He is adept at ensuring assets and future income streams benefit those for whom they are intended.
A keen cricketer, Rob has held the position of both Captain and Chairman of Selectors for South Australia (when they won the Sheffield Shield in 1996 no less), has played cricket in Lancashire, New Zealand and India, has met the Queen of England at Windsor Castle during a match he played versus the Royal Household and has been mentoring elite cricketers and other sportspeople alike for more years than he cares to count!
Marjana Palfy - Manager Legal & Estate
After practising corporate law for five years in Slovenia, Marjana moved to the other side of the world and joined the 360Private Estate Planning team in 2015.
She strives to find the best estate planning strategies suited for each client. Drawing from her extensive experience she understands that clients and their circumstances are unique and demand individual and specific approach.
When not at work you will find her out and about actively spending her time with her little bub, husband and friends.
Mark Lumley - Solicitor
360Private refers clients for legal services to Mark Lumley of 360Private Legal Pty Ltd. 360Private Legal Pty Ltd is a separate and independent legal firm.
Mark is a solicitor with over 20 years’ experience. He was admitted to practice in New South Wales in 1995 and began his career in Broken Hill in 1996.
Mark spent 8 very happy years in Broken Hill where he practised in all areas of law (as is often the case in country firms).
In 2004 he moved to Adelaide where he commenced employment with a national legal firm specialising in mortgage transactions (eventually becoming a partner of that firm). In his role he also developed a Wills and Estates practice. This is an area of law that Mark particularly enjoys. He is a current member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
